Hi, can anyone help me? I did open case on support but its is already days passed but no response. I have client directly connected to Meraki but when I do icmp on dashboard it has packet loss. on client side if I do icmp other vlan it has loss BUT if its under same VLAN its normal all smooth... connectivity is very important for me since I need to pass VOIP traffic.

@PhilipDAth @nealgs 192.168.100.1 is my MPLS router just to give you a more grasp of the issue. I'm replacing old Juniper of my client with Meraki. they do have 2 service provider with MPLS. in Meraki I can directly input all the static routes needed to the 1st MPLS router which has 192.168.0.1 (also my next hop) no problem with this route but with 192.168.100.1 I need to pass Juniper with 192.168.0.254 address, now on meraki the next hop is juniper instead of directly MPLS router

I believe you can apply a certain Policy per subnet, its on the Addressing and VLAN part of the meraki

@PhilipDAth Maybe @joincidence means client list and the coverage of activities. please correct me if I'm wrong. Meraki only provides 30days retention period unless you have syslog server?

Hi, on Layer 7 rules (Global) I did set "Business Management" as Deny which salesforce.com category falls. My objective is to block all business management and allow only salesforce.com. I did create an exception on whitelist but it did not work. any tips?

yes, it gives server ip address but when using hostname.com.ph it gives DNS timeout, I'm currently troubleshooting

@MarcP its my only DNS and I already performed changing DNS on the settings but it did not work... just a hint, I have a server that needs to be accessed outside and it still resolves

Hi can someone enlighten me that I haven't misconfigure my MX? I got alert from the dashboard saying "DNS is misconfigured" and on WAN 1 it has "Failed" status yet I have internet connectivity and my server is reachable outside my network and over the internet. can't find any resolution on this.

Dear All Good Noble Man of Meraki Community, I've been observing and comparing my MX100 default rules and group policies. by default I haven't set any configurations, would that be a problem? *see below screeshot* because it looks like and functions the same on group policies below is my sample policy, my only question is... there are option to have a schedule but none on the default... any suggested configuration for this?

Hi All, I have a client asking for assistance. He has MX64 installed and set to Block All website with video(youtube, vimeo, etc.) & social networking websites (e.g. facebook, twitter, IG). now he made group policy and selected users to allow access for FB and youtube only.
