@FMB According to Apple support status page:   https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/   Find My iPhone - Resolved Issue Today, 8:00 AM - 12:28 PM Some users were affected Users may have been unable to access this service.   I have been able to setup iPads multiple times and I know that a librarian at one of our sites was able to get an iPad setup as well.
