Hi everyone, new here and running into the same issue. I’m working with a client who uses Apple Business Manager in combination with Verizon’s Mobile Device Enrollment Program to automatically enroll devices into Meraki MDM. Since Monday, he’s been trying to enroll a brand-new iPhone 17 running iOS 26, but nothing seems to work. He’s factory-reset the device, attempted manual enrollment using username/password, and even tried restoring from iCloud—but enrollment consistently fails. Interestingly, he was able to successfully onboard an iPad running iOS 18 earlier, so this seems specific to iOS 26. We’ve opened a support ticket with Meraki but haven’t received a response yet. At this point, I’m trying to gather any confirmation or insight into whether iOS 26 enrollment is currently supported or broken. If anyone has more information or workarounds, it would be greatly appreciated!
