Location tracking may not work very good in this case.  The APs can only work on when they see a bluetooth beacon being emitted.   From a quick read it looks like the tile responds to a SmartPhone trying to connect to it.  If it sits silent the rest of the time the AP wont see anything.   If it sits there and say only emits a beacone every 30 minutes to conserve power then there would only be a data point every 30 minutes to work with.  I don't know how frequently "Tile" emits because unsolicited - it may not do this at all.     So just make sure you have low expectations of the outcome if you go down this path. ...
