Hi The Camera has V4 on it. All updated. Correct. No image in the browser. If we look at the portal on a PC on the site via a browser we get an image. But outside the side no image. Not sure if it knows the camera is local to send an image. Does it have any kind of permission based on IP address of the viewer? John

Hi All, interesting feed. I have this issue also. Can someone give us clear help on this one. I am not able to see an image on the mobile app as well as the web site portal. Frustrating to be honest. The Camera is seen OK and does update the portal dashboard with status info etc. I have put a post up earlier today title MV72 on Boardband. Kind regards John

Hi All, I have a MV72 on a site that has only broadband. While on site I can see the picture from the camera no problem at all. But when I am away from the site and try to view just get a circle cursor with no image. This is the same on the mobile app. My guess is the upload too small on the broadband. Anyone got any tips ? PS Sadly Fiber not available as an option. John

Guys, Tried your suggestion this morning and it does not work. It appears to give you the option to click the radio button, but it does not stick and I see no option to save. Also you are not able to add the text comment. SO...... Please, can we have a quick way to change the policy on a clients device? Kind regards John

Hi Guys, I have been told that it is not possible to delay or have control on firmware updates to Meraki switches. Is this Ture? We need to be able to control the push of firmware updates to switches in order that we do not affect production. We also need to be able to roll back in the event of an issue. The Meraki products are attractive to us for us to be able to control LAN environments far away in the world. Cheers

Hi Everyone, The Meraki portal admin centre is very good. We have in place the maps of our buildings and we can see where our APs are. With the power of the admin centre we can see what devices are on an AP we can also see very quickly which devices are using a lot of data and when we click into the detail of the device we can see where it is and just what apps have been used on that device. What is frustrating is that I can not quickly apply a blocked policy on a device that I see should not be on the Wi-Fi on that device detail screen, I have to click clients to go back to the list of the clicks and ensure that the tick the correct device to apply the blocked policy. Could someone look at this screen to give the option to apply a blocked policy as well as showing current status?
