Thank you for your feedback. We proceeded as per your advice. We asked Cisco Meraki to help, they were checking the logs from the router in real time, and they identified that the APN settings of the cellular were getting rejected. When the APN was rejected, we added back, but rejected again, and so on forever. We tried to set the APN with using a mobile, also through the Meraki Dashboard, but did not work. Finally we tried the Local Status Page of the MX as per Cisco's advice and input the APN configuration settings as described in the documentation linked here: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Tools_and_Troubleshooting/Using_the_Cisco_Meraki_Device_Local_Status_Page#MX_Series_with_Integrated_Cellular And this worked finally. The Cellular was connected and stabilized. I wanted to share my experience because maybe this will be useful for somebody else too in the future. Thanks again.
