Hi All, Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately, the VoIp provided hasn't give any specific information regarding the reported issues. From now, after it was made clear that that SIP ALG is not implemented on Cisco Meraki firewalls and this factor was ruled out the provider will continue investigation on their end.

Hi All, A VoIP services provided asked to disable SIP ALG on a firewall (Cisco Meraki MX68CW-WW). The description of the reported issue with VoIP - intermittent speech issues. I searched similar threads in Meraki community and found this one. https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/Does-anyone-know-how-to-disable-SIP-AGL-in-Cisco-Meraki-MX64/m-p/150144 However, unlike the case in the thread I found in my case PBX is cloud based running in AWS so I believe no port forwarding is required from outside to inside. As understand SIP ALG is not implemented in Cisco Meraki hence it cannot be enabled\disabled. In that thread a buggy firmware was mentioned. The current version of the device in question is MX 18.211.2. Two questions: 1. Where I can check the latest available firmware? 2. If it is not a firmware is there anything else I should check on the firewall? Thanks in advance.

What if I need to add say 20 addresses and the number of addresses will grow month by month? Can I create an IP addresses group and refer to that group in the Destination field? Thanks in advance.

Hi @ww I've just check another Meraki router for another organization and the setup became a bit clearer. (Still not clear though where both routers are connected to.) Another question is if a Meraki router can establish VPN if it is behind NAT?

Hi All, A company has two sites, a head office and a branch office. Both offices have MX65 Meraki and Site-to-Site VPN configured as shown on the screenshots. HO: BO: The VPN configuration on both devices makes absolutely no sense for me but nevertheless I can ping BO devices from the HO and vice versa. Also, the real public IP address (which I replaced with 14.14.14.14) doesn't belong neither to the HO nor the BO and specified on both Meraki devices. Please advise how it is possible.

Hi @alemabrahao I think you may be right. This looks like the Meraki device behind a provider's router. In this case can I use dynamic hostname instead or it wouldn't work either?

Hi @alemabrahao I tried VPN Connection Properties as on your screenshot but still the same error. As I mentioned in the first post there is another Meraki router with identical VPN configuration and Client VPN works like a charm on that router. Could it be related to the device or Meraki OS being faulty or Client VPN license is absent. May be some firewall rules should be added? P.S. I tested Client VPN on another Meraki (same MX65 model) that belongs to the same organization just branch office and was able to connect VPN.

Hi All, Cisco Meraki Model MX65. I try to connect VPN from iPhone and Windows 11. On both devices I get: Below is the configuration on Windows 11 laptop. Compared VPN client configuration on Meraki with another device. VPN account details are correct. Pre-shared key is correct. Could you please help to investigate why VPN doesn't connect.
