Anyone know how we can remotely enable VoLTE setting on iOS & Android devices via Meraki MDM profile? I had a look but could not find anything one it. Those devices are currently locked down and the end user has no access to settings. However we need to enable VoLTE as part of transition off 3G network. Thanks.

@AmyReyesJust want to add. I had a good experience with Mark from US (I believe) on a long few hours call on a weir issue. I ended up speaking with him multiple times over a few days and he was always spot on. The AU guys seems to be not as experience. I normally lodge a ticket 1st then call up straight after. So don't have to go through the ID process and initial info case is already written down.

I'm trying get a list of all vlans on all networks and hitting "VLANs are not enabled for this network" for MX network that has no VLAN configure (aka only a single subnet). How do I identify a network has only a single subnet and grab that subnet range? The data returned in the network details does not have any field to indicate that it only has a single vlan (that I can see) before calling . dashboard.appliance.getNetworkApplianceVlans(network["id"]) Thanks.

Stick to "Stable", Release candidate gets pushed out by Meraki to random users. Then after enough user has used it. It gets declared Stable.

The license stays with the Meraki Organization. You lose licese if you ove the device to a different organization and not move the licese with it. Moving to different organisation or network is where you will lose the config. If you are not moving them then no issues. If the MSP has set it up that the customer network in in a shared organisation. Then thats where the customer will have licese and config issues. When the device is migrated into a new organization.

I had to deal with a similair issue and spent hours with Meraki support. Turns out the NBar was misclasifying the traffic and blocked the communications and reset those connections. The rule in our case was detected as "webmail". After upgrading the firmware to the latest. The issue is resolved. What makes it frustrating is that. If you reboot the MX it works for a short while then randomly stops working until another reboot. This happens on many network all runing on the exact same firmware (part of a template). Try the Event Logs under network and look for Nbar events.

I did not know "all clients with a policy" exist as I've never seen it on our Dashboard. Checking just now and its definately not there in al 3 orgs we manage. Edit: After realising I looked at the wrong place. It is actualy there. To the right of the the time dropdown.

It appears there is a bug in the Firmware upgrades Scheduler. I'm trying to set some upgrade schedule for a buch of devices tied to a template, containing devices spread across timezones. I go and set the schedule to start the upgrade at 8PM. Give it a minute. Then check and the Dashboad has set it to 5PM!! I had this hapens multiple times. I set it to 10PM then it seems to set it to 8PM. This is for MS devices. MV & MG seems ok. Initialy I though I had clicked the wrong thing. However upon trying it again and triple checking, it is actuly screwing up with the time. Anyone else seen this happens to them before. Oh and the other issue which people has raised previously. Upgrade are spread out so it can take an hour or two until devices actualy does the upgrade or reboot. Which I only happen to notice by chance 😞

I need to get a list of all devices org wide where the device has a custom or whitelist policy assigned. Looks like that can be obtained from the Network Wide -> Clients view on the dashboard as a manual CSV export. Whats the API equivalent to get this info? Doing a manual a CSV export of over 100 networks gets old very quickly! I've tried the sugestion here https://community.meraki.com/t5/Developers-APIs/Improve-retrieving-all-clients-in-a-group-policy-use/m-p/186721/highlight/true#M7724 However the list is not acurate as it only came up with a few devices. This does not match up with what I know to be true. Thanks

If it helps. We have many sites that has a Switch and an MG. What we do what @Ryan_Miles sugest. Plus also enable Port Isolation on that Switch port that MG is connected to
