Connected to Radius Auth SSID but no IP from DHCP

Hi Guys,

I need some pointers to put me in the right direction.

I'm setting up a new SSID that is authenticating using 802.1X with custom RADIUS via a Microsoft NPS server. It is working up to being able to auth using the AD creds. However after successfully authenticating the client does not get an IP address!

My guest is that I'm missing some setting on the NPS side to tell it to put the client on x VLAN so it can get a proper IP?

The SSID the client is being put on is set up as  Bridged to LAN with Layer 3 roaming.

Thanks

Looks like I found the issue! The VLAN ID was wrong on the Meraki SSID config 😂

Glad you got it to work...    Will your clients, as they roam between APs, not be able to bridge onto the same VLAN on each of the APs?   If they can always land on the same VLAN, you don't need layer 3 roaming (only Layer 2, which should just work, with decent coverage) - saving yourself some overhead & complexity.

Client will always land on the same VLAN. I'll have to look into making it layer 2.

Thanks
