On the AP side, it looks like you started with 2x AP licenses (6/23/16) then did a renewal for just 1x AP (3/22/18). You've now added an additional 2x AP licenses (4/16/18) for a total of 3x. For the MS side, because you didn't renew the original license (6/23/16) it looks like your count went to zero until you did the additional license on 4/16/18. I think where you stand today is a need to get 2x additional AP licenses and 1x additional MS220-48FP licenses and add that as an "Add devices".

@Charlie The MS250 and 350 lines are significantly quieter than the 225 line. The 350 has hot swappable fans which are the same type used in modern Cisco access switches. The 250 line isn't hot swappable but doesn't use a single large blower like the 225 line. I had a 250 sitting on my desk for a few months without any problem. Sitting next to a stack of 225's while setting them up is like sitting in a wind tunnel.

I've been messing around with an MV12W & 12N on 3.5 a bit more. I've only noticed one time where playback hung. Refreshing the page resolved it (and this is even over cloud proxied video). @Adam are you seeing the issues on both cloud proxied playboy & local or just one? What I am noticing is that people detection vastly underestimates the number of people present during very busy and crowded times. One camera is estimating a peak occupancy of 43 people even though there are probably over 100 in the frame.

Is the interface on the ASA configured as a trunk port? It sounds like you may have it as an access port on the ASA side but trunk on the MS side. In general, MS switches want to tag their management traffic.

On MV 3.5 firmware, playback is now quite smooth but the "Show people" button doesn't seem to work. It keeps telling me that I need to look at stored video to use it despite showing stored video already.

Group policies work with MR and MX products. They're set at the network level (Network wide -> Group policies). You won't have any issues using them with just an MR network.

I have only ever implemented one LAN link between an MX and a core switch sitting behind it. MX units support warm spare for redundancy. Perhaps @PhilipDAth has some insight on this.

The MX does not support creating a link aggregate on its LAN interfaces, nor does the MX participate in STP. So what you are doing is creating a loop between the MX and your Cisco core. Your Cisco core should be blocking one of the links with STP assuming you have STP configured on the Cisco core.

You can use an LRM transceiver with OM2 fiber as long as you have mode conditioning patch cables. However you'd be better off using regular SR transceivers which don't require special patch cables. Note the distance limitation on OM2 fiber at 10Gb as @PhilipDAth brought up. You'll want to plan on replacing the OM2 fiber with OM3 or OM4 soon.

As @ww & @PhilipDAth mentioned, this will absolutely work. Since you are deploying MR wireless, I highly recommend using a network template and binding it to all of the MR networks (create one network per physical location!). I typically use Meraki group policies to assign the VLAN based on the user's AD group which impacts the RADIUS "filter ID" (this is what the Meraki group policies use). I use the same set of VLAN's at each building without any problem.
