Enabling Systems Manager for the first time --how to do it?

I have an existing Meraki network with some switches and Access Points

We just purchased Systems Manager and I received a license key. So I went to organization-->licenses, and added it to my existing network/organization

But I don't see any new features within dashboard. There should be a systems manager menu yes?

Something else I need to do?
