Verizon stopped selling the USB620L and now replaces defective or broken USB620L with Verizon USB730L. I read on line that Meraki Does NOT support the USB730L. Since the USB620L is no longer available when will the USB730L be supported? Our organization uses Meraki almost exclusively throughout our sites. We have a large network consisting of providers, telecommute workers, executive, administrative, customer support and IT staff.  A large number of our employees are given company mobile devices and the others usually have their own personal devices that occasionally connect to the network.  In a few small groups AirWatch has been used in the past to deploy applications and company Internet use policies.  The infrastructure team and I are in the process of pitching Meraki MDM in order to do the same as well as launch a BYOD campaign for personal mobile use on our network.  Does anyone have any suggestions for pitching and launching this kind of campaign?  Also does anyone have any advice or "testimonial" they can offer towards MDM over AirWatch? ... Our organization utilizes a few core data centers as well as several smaller server rooms and utility closet setups throughout the state.  We monitor things like temperature, disk status, and battery loads at all of these sites.  We are looking into adding some MV's into these rooms in order to monitor their physical conditions as well as the conditions of the racks and components we aren't able to reach through SNMP.  More specifically we would need to be able to identify the disk LED colors and the UPS and/or Battery Backup LED Screens to gather the temperature information.  Is anyone using them for this purpose currently or have any suggestions on best practices?         ... I have two MS350-48P-HW switches both with full power supply and stacked accordingly to Meraki specs using the provided cables.  The two switches have been configured and stacked on the dashboard and were successfully running off a single uplink.  After an hour or so one of the switches went amber and became unreachable on the dashboard.  However,  all of the ports were still visible and available to toggle successfully via the dashboard.  A short time later the other switch became unreachable.  I went through standard troubleshooting processes and rebooted, changed uplink, verified VLANs, port tested, switched out stacking cables, removed and added back to the dashboard, factory reset, all of which seem to bring them both up for a while and then drop shortly thereafter.  Currently, both units are white on the appliance LED but down on the dashboard.  Has anyone come across this before? ... On the Meraki MX device under Security Appliance > Monitor > Appliance Status on the Uplink tab there is a spot showing Packet Loss on the circuit.  If you hover over the peaks you are able to see the loss percentage.  Do you think it would also be beneficial to show what type of packets were being lost without having to use the the Network-Wide > Monitor > Packet Capture tool?  For example, in some instances and configurations TCP traffic is metered in a way that when UDP is topping the bandwidth TCP takes the hit on loss to compensate for increased UDP traffic.   If the configuration is incorrect, rather than load balancing to even out the bandwidth, TCP will increase loss indefinitely to accommodate the increasing UDP traffic until it is lost completely.  It would seem beneficial that when hovering over loss peaks we could identify the percentage of different packet traffic types without having to do a separate capture in order to effectively manually load balance traffic.  If the loss was caused due to problems with the circuit or equipment it would all appear in similar percentages and rates as opposed to specific traffic loss.  This would save time on troubleshooting and configuration errors.  ... We have several Family Health Center sites that utilize wireless connections for COW's (Computers on Wheels) as well as mobile and telehealth providers.  The sites are fairly large and require the use of usually 15+ WAPs.  Our best practice is usually to stagger the WAPs numerically throughout the clinic attaching even numbered WAPs to one switch and odd numbered WAPs to another.  The switches, sometime stacked and sometimes not, are then wired to a Meraki MX device with a hot spare as well as separate UPS backup batteries on twist lock plugs wired to separate J-boxes.  In sites utilizing MX65's or Higher we also try to utilize 2 types of Internet circuits such as a standard and a cradlepoint device or USB modem.  We consider this a pretty solid fail-safe to keep the Wireless connectivity active in the event of an MX or MS loss or drop.  When possible, we also keep access to a backup generator or long life battery system.  In the event of a loss or downed device, the WAPs are pretty good about going into repeater mode and filling the coverage spots.  Sometimes however, load balancing becomes and issue without a reboot of the active WAPs.  Does anyone have any alternative suggestions for keeping a balanced staggered configuration in the event of a fail-over? ...
