How do I whitelist a specific user?

I have a consultant in from one of our vendors and need to give them unrestricted access and bandwidth in order for them to connect, download, and utilize specific utilities from their server.  Where do I go to whitelist their use and traffic?

Network-Wide, then Clients, then find their device

Check mark the box, then click the drop down labelled "Policy" and whitelist

Yeah, technically you are whitelisting a device, not a user.   In that case, it works as a solution though.

Dunno why but the save button refused to show until I simply used precisely the sequence you listed. Arrrrgggghhh!
