i think you want to use a pc behind a phone? yes you can use 2 vlans , data and voice on one port. make sure you phone runs lldp or cdp

traffic in the same subnet can talk to eachother directly. the gateway is used if it need to route to some other subnet/the internet. so basicly your print job should even work without any gateway connected

why the routes are pointing to the mx itself? what is the client ip and gateway? what is the printserver ip and gateway? what is the printer ip and gateway?

only the source networks where your management ip(s) are in would be sufficient.

you need to allow communication from your meraki device to that ip range. there is probably a firewall or acl that is now blocking this

how many ip' s you get from the ISP? does the ISP allow this? i think you need a router before your mx setup.

if your voice packets are already marked with ef at arrival it should be working by default. there is always a kind of "prio queue" in the mx which is not configurable and not visible.

it has to inspect the traffic and tag the related packets with dscp. so i guess this wil increase utilization. This default option does not make a lot sense i.m.o because it does not prioritize anything on the mx itself. you would match traffic and set prio low/normal/high with a traffic shaping rule and then you also can tag a packet with dscp.

you need something like 1:1 nat https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/NAT_and_Port_Forwarding/Port_Forwarding_and_NAT_Rules_on_the_MX and the other router would use nat on the lan adres you provide

for a branch i think its fine. for a DC you probably want to tune routing, timers etc for compatibility, and you dont want updates and reboots often.

you can add all private ranges in the last rule. localnet:192.168.0.0/16, localnet:10..... or maybe just 1 rule localnet:0.0.0.0/0 (not sure about this one)

did you set the ip adres on the local status page of the mr? did you leave the vlan field empty?
