Shame we need to implement the MS390 into the design! Could a similar design be achieved by using ISE with a Meraki stack - MX, MS, MR?

Hi @WWWolf my understanding is that if you've reached Tier 3 you'll be placed in every drawing therefore increasing your odds of winning something in each tier. The incentive is for people to post and contribute more.

Hi @wizard_123 , Meraki seem quite cagey with roadmaps so couldn’t comment on what’s coming down the line. The only one noted in the datasheets is the vMX100 and that’s been the only one for quite some time.

Hi @gt57 , that shouldn’t be a problem. You wouldn’t even have to give it a static IP as I assume the ISP’s modem would give it an IP via DHCP. One issue would be power, are there any PoE ports on the modem? If not you’ll need a power supply for the AP.

Hi @The_Machine , was in my first initial response, just didn’t include the HW element. You correct on both counts, the MS120-24HW and 48 port equivalent are non PoE and have no fans.

There are a number of 24 port options. The part code I provided is the fanless option. If you look at the PoE models they have fan.

Hi @The_Machine , the fanless switches are the MS120-24 and MS120-48, so the non PoE switches You’ll also need the associated licenses LIC-MS120-24-1YR, 3YR etc LIC-MS120-48-1YR, 3YR etc

Hi @SobyKuruvilla ive never used a server to run the software but I would say it should load and run fine. The requirements look to be based on the software being used for live on site surveys. The following snippet suggests that a desktop computer is sufficient for planning and would therefore deduce that a server would be fine: Laptop computer (required for recording surveys, a desktop computer is sufficient planning and analysis

It’s a very good idea but I would feel slightly creeped out that someone is watching me via my webcam! Plus the rule of sending over photos of your room. Slightly intrusive but needs must.

Looks like the dashboard is reporting multiple clients failing to associate due to incorrect password! Confirm the password is correct on the SSID or set a new password and try again. Maybe also “Forget” the SSID on the client and try re-associating
