Hi @Safeschool , do you have any further information? How many users per site? How many wired and wireless devices per site? WAN connectivity at each site? PoE required? Reach out to your Meraki Account Manager. If you don’t know who that is let us know your geographic location and we can look it up for you.

Once your packets hit the internet they’re out of your control. I would say this looks like an ISP issue. The latency on the link is on the high side and loss is quite choppy. with regards 4G, you could use a Meraki cellular gateway - MG21. Connect this to WAN2 and switch over as the preferred route when live streaming (if of course it’s upto the job) https://meraki.cisco.com/product-collateral/mg21-datasheet/?file

Hi @rasmusan1 , good question. I don’t see any upgrade license which would be a bonus. if you look at this from a physical perspective I would treat as thus ie you’d need to build a new vMX and swap them over as so and procure a new license for the bigger vMX. sorry, quite waffly but hope that makes sense

Taken from the following document: Setting up secondary WAN interface (dual WAN) The MX84 comes with two dedicated Internet ports, which are both configured through the Uplink configuration under the Local status tab. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/MX_Installation_Guides/MX84_Installation_Guide 2. You can set your Primary link under the SD-Wan and Traffic shaping page

Hi @MX-2020 , just to clarify this isn’t the official Meraki support help desk. I’m a user of Meraki eqpt just like yourself but jump in and out of the forum to help others. Lets focus on getting your switch online. So VLAN 80 is being used for Management also. What happens if you set the Native vlan on both sides of the Trunk uplink between the MX and MS? Does the MS get an IP address. What are you using for DNS? Can your DNS server see the internet?

Hi @MX-2020 , so what you’re saying is that your MXs are registered but your Switches and MRs aren’t getting out to the cloud? Not sure which each of your VLANs are enabled for but try creating a third for Meraki Device Management. 99 10.10.99.0/24 10.10.99.1 The uplink from the MS to your MX set this as a Trunk with Native VLAN 99 On your MS set the management IP to something in the .99 range or just enable DHCP on the MX and let that set the IP

Hi @menyarito , what eqpt are you deploying? Firstly, do you have an upstream firewall? If so you’ll need to open up certain firewall ports to allow the Meraki eqpt to register out to the cloud. You can find that information in your dashboard in the Help section.
