Hi @AnnaSew , I would personally get an external company in to check those cable runs. Sounds like they’ve been incorrectly terminated.

Hi @ddresen the RX series like most Cisco SMB products are a good idea but certainly come with their limitations. Personally, I’ve used a Meraki MX at home for years with no issues.

Hi @Alex_3dEYE , I would say the reverse here and state that the MX isn’t the issue. With a firewall your connections are either blocked or allowed with no in between I.e it either works or it doesn’t. Are you on the latest code for all devices involved? What does the CPU look like on the MX? I would assume here it’s idling quite nicely. Anything being reported in the event logs?

Hi @CARLOS11 , there’s no advantage to be gained by hiding your SSID. This shouldn’t be a method to try to secure your network. You’d be better placed advertising the SSID and then securing using a strong auth key

Hi @DCC , The datasheet states a default power supply is included but no mention of the cable: - PWR-C1-350WAC-P-M https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/MS_Overview_and_Specifications/Catalyst_9300-M_datasheet However, it does also state: Package contents In addition to the MS switch, each shipment includes the following. 1 x default power supply unit for the switch model (please refer to the power supply and specifications section) Rack mount brackets and screw kit 3 x Pre-installed fans. i would say that you’ll need to order the power cables separately

Whilst it’s running it may also be worth looking at the firewall logs (maybe output to a syslog) to see what’s happening

Hi @macsolutions , one piece of advice - make them know you exist. If you’re serious about selling and have a customer base to sell into then let your AMs know. Make use of their experience and resources to help you sell more. If you’re sitting there waiting for someone to get in touch and make something happen……you’ll be waiting a very long time
