I would recommend checking out the Meraki setup guide for a branch, always helps to see a visual for me. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Deployment_Guides/Branch_Network_Setup Sadly there are a lot of things needed, An Acual VPN client, IPv6 support, Multicast, SSL inspection; but Meraki overall is a fantastic solution which works for about 85% of clients. They are also great at adding new features all the time and integrate with a lot of Cisco products (Umbrella, ICE/ACS, and I hope the resent DUO purchase will be added soon).

I guess i really lucked out at my old job. I signed up very early; when I left we had over 400 PCs and about 150 phones running the free MDM. Company always saw IT as a cost and would not pay for important things.

Try the link again.. showing dead for me I have never seen AMP logs in the user event log. I have had a Meraki support agent view an AMP log before but I don't think we as users have access to that. Sure would be a great feature for CMNA or Meraki masters to have 😉

Not the best option but we put all of out APs and Switches in their own Network so we could do just that, see all the devices connected across our whole network.

Generally no.... what are the ISPs for these setups? Are they using home routers? Almost always need to do some port forwarding/DMZ setup on the router.

I see you are using a Custom IPsec Policy. I would double and triple check them as Phase 1 isn't connecting. If all looks right try using the default profile and see it will connect

Check the task manager and see if m_agent_service.exe is running on a Windows PC. Very strange for it to be on all devices. Can you use a hotspot to connect a Mac or PC and see if it will work outside of your network? MS 11.4 is the new beta, I agree with Phillip but why you wait on a replacement you can try this option : Organization > Firmware upgrades > All networks at the top > Find your switch in the list and check the box > Click schedule updates > Choose the new beta version I agree with Phillip but why you wait on a replacement you can try this option

Not sure of the model you purchased but here are the installation guides: https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Installation_Guides The content filtering Overview: https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Content_Filtering_and_Threat_Protection/Content_Filtering I would install it and only enable the "protection" categories like Malware, Botnet, Porn, Know SPAM sources, ect. Let the users work a week and run a report via the summary reporting tool: https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Monitoring_and_Reporting/Summary_Report_Overview Then you can have the IT/management decide what needs to be blocked and for who. This is usually one of the hardest things to figure out if they don't already know. You find out real quick who has pull at the company and they will give you some of the most ridiculous excuses to explain why the "NEED" access to facebook even when they work in the shipping department. Same here, 2FA enabled (not with google app though) no issues. Looks like its for accessing MSP page. Can you setup a temp admin on just one Organization and see if it makes you set that user?
