Wireless Client Can't Communicate
Hi Community.
My problem is currently the PC shows no internet and no internal communication even though the wireless client shows as connected in the dashboard.
It can be said that the usage environment consists only of Meraki products.
Wireless users connect wirelessly by authenticating with AD through Splash login.
DHCP assigns static MAC to IP mappings on backbone switches.
Total wireless users are approximately 300.
About 4 to 5 of them are irregularly disabled due to this problem.
Users are using the device normally, but suddenly cannot communicate at all due to the above problem.
Measures taken include:
1. Simple PC reboot
2. Delete the SSID information and try connecting again.
3. Step 2 + Splash login Revoke and force Disconnect client from the dashboard Client menu.
It's all a failure.
What do you think is the problem?
Is there anything else we can do?
Thanks.

- Do the affected users get the splash page?
- How long is your DHCP lease time?
- From your post it looks like you reserve an IP for each client, is this correct and if so does not having a reservation for the affected client fix it?

Do you have a bunch of APs, and when the users have the issue they are connected to a specific AP? You might find the switch port connecting to that AP has an issue.
Does anything interesting show up in Wireless Heath?
