Switchover to Cellular Signal when WiFi is bad

Does Meraki APs have any logic/feature that can help the wireless clients switch to their cellular network e.g. LTE, when their WiFi connection is poor?

the AP does not know a client has also a  lte modem with working sim. So this would be something you do client side. I know android  has this. And windows you should be able to configure this  https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/149276-change-when-use-cellular-instead-wi-fi-network-windows-10...
