Switch configuration at remote end of Wifi Bridge

I have 2 MR70 access points as a bridge to another building. (Office side and remote side) Inside the remote building i have the bridge MR70 plugged into a MS-120 switch (which is providing the PoE to the MR70).  I also have an inside access point MR36 plugged into the MS120 to provide wifi access inside the building.  The switch will not come online with the MR36 plugged in.  The MR36 is using the Office side MR70 as it's gateway.  I have checked the option "When devices are plugged directly into an access point they should behave as -- they are a part of the primary SSID"

Is there a way to force the inside access point to not use the office side access point but to go through the switch and the remote side MR70 for it's path to the network? This seems to be preventing the switch from accessing the Meraki cloud.

You're describing this unsupported topology https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Wi-Fi_Basics_and_Best_Practices/Extending_the_LAN_with_a_Wireles...

The only supported option in this instance is for the remote switch to be a L3 switch as shown here https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Wi-Fi_Basics_and_Best_Practices/Extending_the_LAN_with_a_Wireles...
