This could be due to several reasons, including signal strength, interference, or network settings.
If your WiFi access points support dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz), try setting the access point to prefer 5GHz. This can provide a better transition and reconnect response.
If you have client load balancing enabled, consider disabling it as some clients may not behave well with it enabled.
Ensure that the network adapter on the user’s device is up-to-date.
