Hi,
how are you? Do you know reasons why a particular license key can be invalidated?
we dor eceive the message from the dashboard that the license cannot be used because it has been invalidated.

A common reason is that the license was replaced with a new one. Have you reached out to your account manager or support to inquire?

If the licence was replaced via the dashboard you can check the change log under Organization. It will give you the old and the new replacement licence number.
