Meraki WAP and licensing

My questions is more about product ordering and smartnet/enterprise license appreciate if someone can provide insight on this.

I'm looking for MR 42 WAP's, along with this I need 3 year 8x5XNBD smartnet ( Product support, replacement warranty etc..)

when i Checked in the CCW , I can see many options for example  "Meraki MR Enterprise License" what does this license cover? is this to enable Cloud access , am i supposed buy additional smartnet?

MR Enterprise license is required to operate the MR and includes 24/7 phone support and NBD hardware replacement.

You don't need additional services, but they are available if you want better response time and hardware turnaround.
