MR33 receiving IP via DHCP - from what source?
Is there a command similar to Windows "ipconfig /all" to find out where the IP address came from on our MR33?

No, but the gateway ip should be a dhcp server, or forward dhcp request to a dhcp server. The other option is that there is a dhcp server in the same vlan as the ap.
You could connect a pc to that switchport.
Or run a packet capture on that switchport and reboot the ap so it request dhcp again to inspect that packets

The gateway IP in this case is the firewall, not the DHCP server. I think running the packet capture would be a good way to go. Is there any way to manually get the AP to renew its IP?

Maybe if you set a valid static ip, and then back to dhcp
