our location heat map is showing devices and AP's etc, but on the wrong map location!
Why would this be?
The APs are on the correct positions on the map? The client is in reach of 3 APs?

the map is an entirely different location to where the APs and clients are actually located.

Did you set the correct addresses at the APs? You can set APs on a custom floorplan
