From MX or MR? Which NAC are you using?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

I think you need to check the Forescout documentation.

With MX, you will want to start here,   I think - at least in terms of the MX technology:   https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Access_Control_and_Splash_Page/MX_Access_Policies_(802.1X)

You will though carefully want to think about and document what your policies are going to be in regard to this;    who is allowed to connect?   Where, When? and using what devices?    What resources are the various combinations allowed to access?    Just for examples...

You may find that implementing 802.1x (NAC) is much better done on Access Points and/or Switches - they generally provide initial connectivity to the Network and (in the case of switches) have more advanced capabilities.
