Constant association/disassociation at the same time

Hello, I see an equipment continuously associate and disassociate on my AP MR42 at the same time. These equipment are operating room monitors with PCMCIA network cards.

2.4ghz interference maybe?  Take a look at your RF environment and see how noisy it is and try to select the best channel.  Maybe do a packet capture and see if someone is sending deauths?

All my AP are in low or fair utilization

I have the same issue on my 15 AP network. Trying to figure out why. Fairly new Dell desktop that was just re-imaged for Win10 Home.
