Consent message in splash page question

           Would like to seek for your assist on how to deploy "term of use" under splash page with hyper link rather than typing the whole consent message ?

If it does not accept a url you can edit the html page itself

The best option, in that case, Is to use an external portal. You can customize the Meraki page to a certain extent.
