Connection internet not function on smartphones

Hello all,

 

Could you help me , i have a  APs  MR42 Current version: MR 27.1 , i can connect in the internet by windows through authentication AD  work fine when if i  would to connect by smarthphones it not be work . 

Could you help me to fix this issue ?

The problem is resolve after , reset network by smartphones and reoconnect

The smartphone doesn't know about AD and vice-versa unless you have set it up.  We use separate SSIDs for AD devices Vs employee/customer non-AD (usually smartphone) devices.

thank you for your return, before it work fine but after 2 month , and after check i see in the datashboard the smaprthone remember the latest connection by another AP .

What "happens" when it doesn't work?  What does the user see?

by windows it connected fine , but on smartphone no display anything , after cheik in the datashboard , i see the smartphone remember the last connection before 2 month with another AP .
