Can't add my MR33 to my meraki dashboard

Hello everyone,

I have an MR33 that I want to add to my dashboard, but if I claim the device using the serial number, I get the error "The following devices are already in use"

 

Does anyone know how can I solve this ?

Hi,

Thank you for the answer. I think that's the only solution.

Complicate for me in case we don't know which org claimed it before.

And that the other equipment included in the same order number is successfully added on our dashboard except this last one 😕

You can ask Meraki support to see what org It will claimed, but keep in mind that they will not unclaim it for you ok?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
