I would like to ask how i can add my Catalyst 9200 switch into meraki dashboard ? does it needs a dnac license in order to do that ?

i face the following when generate API key, any idea ?
It looks like you either don't have Organisation administrator rights, or you're logging in using SAML.
Only a local Organisation Admin has the privileges to generate an API key.

This. SAML users can not generate API keys. Only Meraki accounts can.
All Meraki accounts, regardless of permissions, can generate an API key. That API key has the same permissions as the Meraki user account.
Looks like you don't have enough privileges to generate API Key
