Alerts - Disabled but still alerting
How is that I have disabled the alerts below in the new Alerts Configuration, but I still get these alerts (ethernet uplink speed degraded and low power mode) every day for various AP's across my networks (and after I have dismissed them too) ?
Thanks

I have a OPEN support case for an alert related issue that remains unresolved.
My ticket indicates:
It is unexcepted and our development team is working on a fix for the issue. Once I receive any updates from them, I will communicate it to you.
Suggest you open a support ticket so it can be looked into and possibly resolved. I'm sure we are not the only ones with the alert related issue.

Getting alerted via email, webhook, both or you mean the alerts are just listed in dashboard under the alerts page or elsewhere?

For me, sms and email alerts continued even after removing them for a particular alert notification. I am not sure about @pjc situation.

SMS isn't an option on that page?

Hummm….i guess it was email only then. It’s been several months ago so I’ll go back and look.

Just trying to make sure we're talking about the same alerts. The one mentioned by @pjc is the new Org level alerts page. When you hover on the info bubble in the status column it mentions email and webhook. That doesn't mean (as far I as understand - I could be wrong) that alerts wouldn't still be shown on the Org alerts page.

Apologize, my alert was configured on the network-wide alert page, different issue, sorry.

hi, do you know how to change an alert (ipConflict) with api ? the alerts are configured on each network individualy.
{'type': 'ipConflict', 'enabled': False, 'alertDestinations': {'emails': [], 'snmp': False, 'allAdmins': False, 'httpServerIds': []},
the alerts came from this api
https://api.meraki.com/api/v1/organizations/assurance/alerts
thanks
