Tenia agregado mi AP a una cuenta de correo a la cual ya no tengo acceso y no puedo hacer login al dashboard para mantener el AP en mi nueva RED, como puedo hacer el reclamo de mi AP

The only way to be able to add the AP to the new org is recover the access to the old org and remove it. If no one has access to the old org and that email address can't be recreated you are out of luck.

It's a complicated situation, unless you have another admin in the organization who can access it for you, there's nothing you can do.

Unfortunately, not even support will be able to help you. That's why it's recommended to always have more than one admin in the organization.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
