Ajustes no Heatmap

Pessoal. Vocês sabem como faz pra ajustar a escala de plantas incluídas no dash da Meraki? Estou tentando avaliar a escala utilizada porque no Heatmap estou vendo clientes apenas ao redor do AP (fica parecendo uma bola vermelha no entorno dos access points).
Imagino que a escala pode ser um dos problemas.
Alguma outra sugestão? Ressalto que a planta já tem uma quantidade razoável de APs (4 onde 1 ou no máximo 2 seriam suficientes)

Me parece que você está no caminho certo, mas tem algo mais aí que o suporte da Meraki deveria analizar e te ajudar a encontrar o problema em suas configurações. Abra um chamado com eles para ver o que dizem.

When I am creating a floor plan I upload the image and then I set it to Satellite mode and Opacity.  Then I drag it over top of the actual building to make sure it is scaled the same.

That is what was done. And still get this strange result in the heat map. Any suggestions why I get this result?

We get some clustering but not quite that bad.
