meraki MS only have one vlan interface??

In general, a Catalyst switchs can have 4096 VLANs and VLAN interfaces.

But can meraki MS only have one vlan interface??

On layer2 only switches you can assign L2 vlans just to the switch interfaces.

 

In case you want a svi on a L3 capable switch you need to enable the routing

Your screenshot only shows the dedicated config for the Switch-Management. But based on the Model, MS Switches can also be configured with VLANs for inter-VLAN-routing:
