VLAN isolated

in my core I have my vlan configured but I want to create a new vlan (vlan 44) but this vlan 44 I want the traffic to be isolated is to say that there is no inter-vlan.

I did it through ACL as shown in the following image.acl.png

but in this way those that are in VLAN 44 do not receive dhcp
(DHCP is 10.52.44.1)

In what way can I make the VLAN isolated ???

Is the DHCP server in the same VLAN?  If so, just remove the layer 3 interface from the switch.  Then there is nothing that can do routing.

In not, you'll need to do inter-vlan routing to get DHCP request to the DHCP server and the replies back.

if the DHCP is in the same VLAN
