What's the best way to interconnect 3 x MS120-24P switches to VMware SD-WAN VCE and provide some level of redundancy fo the access ports? I cannot use 2 x MS120-48 ports. LAN devices are organized in multiple VLANs

You have to use layer2 trunk ports on the vce.
On ms stp needs to be enabled on the trunkports.
