Switch port change link speed

Can someone please help me understand what could be causing this. for the past 2 days i have been getting these messages. so far I have gotten over 50 of these messages.

The following switch ports in the <Switch name> network changed their link speeds.

Device going to sleep (idle), we get it from tills that are not used all the time and some IoT devices. If the device connected is a Windows device you can set the power savings to not be allowed to slow the network down to save power, the setting should be similar to below

This is normal behavior and happens when the connected client enters a power saving mode. Your ports are set to auto-negotiate the speed so if this is not properly communicated by the connecting device you won't see it change.
