Switch Unreachable for 3 month

Dear all,


I have put some IP in vlan 1 on my Switchs and after I have change Switch vlan to vlan 5, so 3 of my switch are joined the new vlan but 2 of them were block in the previous vlan. Please how to erase a cloud configuration on a Switch and put a new configuration on the cloud? I have remove the switch from the cloud, reset it and reput in the cloud but the issue still persist.

Please someone can help me?

Check the local status page for the status or to confgure the management ip.
