SKU's for Mounting Kit that comes with the MS120-8FP-HW

HI,

Currently in a situation where our client has moved kit around in their infrastructure and the mounting kits that came with the MS120-8FP-HW is missing.

Is there a SKU for this kit that can be purchased through Cisco CCW please?

It isn't available in the Installation Guide or Datasheets.

I don’t believe there is a Meraki rack mount kit for the 8-port MS120 switches. The only Meraki mounting solutions for these switches are built into the switches - the slide out arms underneath them for wall mounting (but they’re not rack mounts). If there was a rack mount kit it was probably a third party solution.

I got this back from aGVE case from Cisco too, thanks for adding to this:

The mounting brackets are delivered in the box with the device. There is no dedicated part number under which they can be ordered separately. We do not have compatible spares which we can propose if the client wants to have additionally only the brackets.

If the client would prefer to mount the device in a rack, they would require an extra third-party shelf:

Hi Phil

UK based, as is the customer i'm looking to help in this situation.

Although i believe there is a little confusion on the customers behalf since i've logged this, i have the MS120-8LP at home at have explained that this wouldn't normally be racked on a wall in their environment anyway.  They normally just place it in a small cabinet without the need to rack, so not sure i have a problem anyway more really.

Happy to have any further feedback though.
