QSFP+ splitter cables

Is there a possibility of using QSFP+ -> 4x SFP+ cables in Meraki switches, I'm guessing not as I don't see an option to change the QSFP+ port mode akin to the Force10 command "portmode quad"?

Pretty sure it doesn't work, but in case there has been an update since this ticket:

Well 12x 10GbE fibre connections could be useful...
