Process to add a lic-ms150

Is there a process to add LIC-MS150-48-3Y licenses for device MS150-48LP-4X using the per-device option?

I know that for this family the license can be used for several models.

But I would like to know if the process is different for the assignment.

Is that definitely a PDL licence - as opposed to a co-term licence?

My understanding is the product code is the same it's just how the dashboard utilises the license which is different.
