Lol, no I only found out with the 15.21 release... I'd guess there is a good amount of commonality in all of them.
On another note, this known issue was added to 15.21 and remains in 15.21.1 which could be a bit alarming as a lot of DHCP devices show 0.0.0.0 before getting a real IP, hopefully it doesn't mean that! Also when you connect a Meraki AP it often hunts around the VLANs, especially if it was static on VLAN n and is now set to DHCP with a different native VLAN on the trunk to the port.
- If the same MAC address is associated with multiple IPs, adding or removing an SVI may lead to an incorrect VLAN ID mapping leading to packet loss on one or more SVIs
