Hi guys
I have an issue with 1 of my switches, last week I did a firmware upgrade now my switch can't fetch configurations from Meraki cloud.
can you guys help

Hi @Motswahole is the device registered to the cloud at all? Are all ports/IP's open on your firewall to allow cloud comms?
Yes, but the issue started after firmware upgrade
In a situation like this, I would directly open a support ticket to do some live troubleshooting.
@Motswahole , as mentioned below open a case with Meraki support to either t/shoot or rollback.
Have you tried rolling back the upgrade to confirm it was definitely the upgrade that broke it?
You need Meraki support to fix that. It doesn't take long usually.
