Does MS switches supports IP Proxy-ARP? Dont found any information about this.

Nope, the MS switches don’t support Proxy ARP so far as I’m aware. What do you need it for? I only ever saw a need for it once (about 20 years ago) for a very early IoT-style device that didn’t support the concept of a default gateway.
