I have an alert from my MS saying  "Port 25 is not using the same VLAN settings as its connected switchport" but I have the correct VLANs on my trunk ports idk why is this appearing....

You just corrected  it or was it already  the same?  What  does the  "raw" info  at cdp/lldp  say?

It have gotten fixed without intervention LMAO
