 Is it possible to disable CDP on an MS series switch Switchport?

You could probably ask support.

They have the ability to do some fine grained config like disabling protocols you can't via dashboard.

I asked once to disable UDLD on a copper port and they were happy to do that.  They need to do this change on the backend.

 

Open a case and you'll see how it goes.

@befthimi As @DarrenOC @said by default it’s not possible but I am agree with @GIdenJoe @open a support case and they may disable it for you !
