Hardware replacement faster than next-day

Hi,

All Cisco Meraki MS switches include a limited lifetime hardware warranty that provides next-day advance hardware replacement.

But there is a way to obtain replacement faster than next-day ?

Customer would like to have an hardware replacement in 4 hours (24x7x4)

@Marc_S Yes! It is called Meraki Now. Depending on the country the costs vary. When pricing out the service the location address is needed to make sure the requested SLA can be met.

What are the CCW SKUS Meraki NOW options?

Once you’ve added a device into your CCW configuration you should be able to add a service to it, which will let you select from the available Meraki NOW SKUs.
