Cisco Monitored switches - Showing offline - Anyone having issues?

Good morning, We are still investigating internally, but almost all of our Cisco Catalyst Meraki monitored switches are showing as offline in the dashboard, but thankfully they are still online currently. It's happening at different sites with independent internet circuits, firewalls etc. Just curious if anyone else was having issues, while we continue out investigations and raise a call with Meraki. Issued started around 0830 GMT

Yes - we are experiencing the same this morning. Interestingly out of 8 switches, 1 has recovered and is displaying online again but the other 7 are not.

 

No feedback yet on our Meraki support ticket.

Thanks for the information. I've not had any update with my own support ticket either. A couple of my siwtches have come back online, and some then back to offline. 4 out of 25 switches showing online.

Hi folks,

 

As per the Meraki Status page, we are aware that some customers in EMEA are experiencing Cloud Monitored Catalyst Switches appearing offline in the Dashboard and we are actively investigating this issue.

 

Please continue to monitor the Meraki Status page for further updates.

The status page shows it started about an hour later that reported by @DevOps_RC , but shows resolved at 16:24 UTC, looks like they were down for the working day, but recovered now.
